You may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Items that are damaged due to misuse, or are returned after 7 days, will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.
